We conduct investigations through the Business Registration Office to ascertain whether a company has a valid Business Registration Certificate that is required to operate a business in Hong Kong. The existence of branches can also be verified.

We can also search for a company's information as shown on the Business Register, which is extracted into a report for our clients. This is typically relevant for unlimited liability companies, such as partnerships and sole proprietorships.
